BETA5 has quickly developed a reputation in Vancouver for our creative approach to pastry and chocolate. Our chocolates have won numerous international awards, and our cream puffs and ice creams are always in high demand. We have built a small but dynamic team of cooks who come from a variety of backgrounds. Collectively, we share a commitment to consistently making a high quality product from the best ingredients we can find.
We are currently looking to fill a full-time Junior Chocolatier position. A typical work week for this position is Wednesday - Sunday, starting at 8am. As a member of our chocolate team, you are involved in the making of enrobed and molded chocolates, casting solid chocolate items, and crafting featured seasonal items. Our menu changes seasonally, and we encourage our cooks to participate in the creative process.
Our ideal candidate is an individual who is motivated to grow and develop their skills as a chocolatier. We look for insightful cooks who take a strong interest in the process of making chocolates.
