Shipping/Returns
PREORDERS FOR IN-STORE PICK UP
Preorders can be placed as late as 4:59pm the day before, for pickup the following day.
Currently, we are not able to offer same-day preorders for in-store pick up. We are working on a solution for this and appreciate your patience.
Orders can be picked up Tuesday to Saturday, 10am-5pm. During the checkout process, you'll be prompted to select a date for pickup. You will receive the freshest product we have on that pick up date. So, don't hesitate to order ahead. We are able to accept orders up to 1 week in advance of the pickup date.
Have your order number handy when you arrive for a quick and easy pickup!
Cream puffs: we are unable to accommodate same day cancellations or requests to reschedule cream puff orders as they are made fresh to order each day. Cream puff orders that are unclaimed at the end of the day will be deemed forfeited and are ineligible for a refund.
Chocolate: unclaimed chocolate orders can be held for 7 days after the scheduled pick up date. After that point, they will be deemed forfeited and are not eligible for a refund.
LARGE ORDERS
If you're looking to place a large order and are unable to proceed through the online checkout, please reach out to our team info (at) beta5chocolates (dot) com.
We are happy to assist you with your order, and can make arrangements for weddings and events weeks to months ahead of time.
CANADA-WIDE SHIPPING FOR CHOCOLATES ONLY
We ship chocolates via Canada Post.
Our goal is to ensure that packages leaving our facility arrive at their destination in peak condition.
Packages leave our facility on Wednesdays. Orders can be placed up until 9am on Tuesdays, and will be processed and shipped out same week. Orders placed after 9am on Tuesdays will be shipped out the following week.
PO Boxes: we are unable to ship to PO boxes.
UPS/FEDEX/OTHER: If you have an account with an alternative courier and would prefer to use them instead, you are welcome to do so. Please contact our team via email, info (at) beta5chocolates (dot) com. Please provide a lead time of 1 week from the Thursday you wish to have your order sent out.
LATE SHIPMENTS
Once a package leaves our facility, and is in transit with the chosen carrier, the carrier is responsible for any package delays.

We are not currently shipping outside of Canada.

Please consult your confirmation email for tracking information. You can check the status of your package by entering your Canada Post tracking number here.

Refunds and Returns
Our goal at BETA5 is to completely satisfy all of our customers. We take great pride in our work and guarantee that all products leave our facility in peak condition. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for items that are not damaged or defective. Should you happen to receive damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of receiving your order), to ensure we can appropriately address the situation. Please, provide a photo of the damage if you are able to do so.
Gift cards are a final sale item and cannot be returned for a refund.
We are not responsible for the following: delays caused by weather, mechanical failure or other acts beyond our control, incorrect or incomplete addresses input by the purchaser on the original web order.
