what are your Vancouver store hours?

Tuesday - Saturday: 10am - 5pm

our Vancouver store is restocked daily with fresh, handmade chocolates.
visit us to experience our full selection in person!

we have 6 customer parking spots outside of our shop.

do you offer pre-orders?

yes!
we recommend ordering ahead due to high demand.
pre-orders ensure you get exactly what you want, especially during our peak holiday seasons.


same day/next day:
place your order by 5pm PST to have your order ready for pick up/delivery the following day.
we can only accommodate same-day orders for in-store pick-up placed before 10am.

pick-up / delivery / shipping options

during checkout, select your preferred delivery method:

    in-store pickup: Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-5pm - please have your order number ready.
    *our products are perishable; packages not picked up within 2 weeks are disposed of and refunds are not provided.

    local delivery (within 25km of our Vancouver shop): the recipeint's cell phone number is required, as text message updates from the driver will be sent when the package is en route. someone must be available to receive the package, or the recipient must communicate directly with the delivery driver via text message to provide instructions / authorize a secure drop-off.

    deliveries to a condo/apartment building:
    PIN verification (via text) is required as packages cannot be left unattended in a lobby, unless authorized by the recipient. failure to verify the PIN will result in the package being returned to us.

    undeliverable packages can be picked up from our shop within 2 weeks, or sent out for re-delivery according to our re-delivery fee schedule.

    UPS shipping: we ship across Canada with UPS.
    unfortunately, we do not ship to the US or internationally.

    we only ship packages Tuesdays/Wednesdays to minimize the number of days packages spend in transit.

    $10 Flat-Rate shipping for orders over $59 (before tax)*
    Free shipping for orders over $99 (before tax)*.

    *some rural and remote locations are not eligible for flat-rate or free-shipping, due to high shipping costs. further, some rural/remote destinations are not serviced by UPS.

    packages returned to us can be redelivered (fee applies), or picked up within 2 weeks.
do you offer large orders or corporate gifting?

absolutely!
please contact us via our contact form with your: date, quantity, and product request.

please note:
there are no discounts for large orders.
custom packaging is available for chocolate box orders over $1000 (additional print fees apply).
custom chocolate projects start at $6000 minimum order, and are only accepted on a case-by-case basis. we cannot accommodate all requests.

do you have wedding or event favours?

absolutely!
our 2pc box is our bestselling wedding and event item.
($8.50/box, minimum order: 20 boxes).
please contact us via our contact form with your: date, quantity, and flavour request.

what does "In-Store Only" or "Sold Out" mean?

our handmade products sell out frequently due to high demand. "In-Store Only" means we have limited stock available exclusively at our Vancouver shop. when items sell out online, we'll restock them as soon as possible. Check back soon or visit us in person!

for our bespoke menu, we provide allergen icons and filters to help you find products that meet your dietary needs.
