OUR VANCOUVER STORE
Our shop is open Tuesdays to Saturdays, 10am - 5pm.
Our shop is restocked daily, so please come by - we can't wait to see you!
PRE-ORDERS
Our products are in high demand, so we recommend ordering ahead to ensure you get the goods you're looking for!
ONLINE ORDERS
When checking out online:
1) select pick-up, local delivery, or shipping
2) choose your order date - this is the date your order will leave our facility.
(orders can be placed up to 4 weeks ahead.)
IN-STORE PICK UP
Orders can be picked up Tues-Sat, 10am-5pm.
Have your order number ready for a smooth pick up experience.
Same-day orders must be placed before 10am (PST).
LOCAL DELIVERY
Local delivery within 40km of our shop is now available.
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 10am (PST).
A recipient must be available to receive the delivery, as our delivery drivers do not leave packages unattended.
We require the recipient's cell phone number as text message delivery updates are sent once the package is en route.
Our drivers cannot leave orders in apartment or condo lobbies for security reasons; we require PIN validation by phone to complete delivery.
If a delivery cannot be completed, packages can be picked up from our shop, or re-delivery can be arranged (re-delivery fee is based on the delivery address).
UPS SHIPPING - CANADA-WIDE
We ship orders on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Undeliverable packages that are returned to us can be picked up from our shop, or sent out for re-delivery (a re-delivery fee is based on the delivery address).
We do not ship internationally at this time.
LARGE ORDERS
Please reach out via our contact form above for large order requests.
There are no discounts for large orders.
Packaging customization is available for orders over $1000 (additional print fees apply).
We accept custom chocolate projects on case-by-case basis, dependent on our production capacity (minimum order: $6000).
SOLD OUT!?
Our small team of chocolatiers makes everything by hand, and our products (especially seasonal creations) frequently sell out.
If a product is listed online as 'In-Store Only' this means we only have limited stock in our Vancouver shop.
Once we make more, this product will be restocked on our webstore for online ordering.
ALLERGENS
On each product page, we list major allergens and/or alcohol used in that product.
On our bespoke menu, refer to the allergen icons listed for each flavour, or filter for a specific allergen at the top of the menu

We have 6 parking spots reserved for our customers, and are a short walk from the Main Street - Science World Skytrain station.
