#Astrolygon Collection - Taurus

Every year, we explore different flavours, themes, and techniques that are new to us. Our 2017 Retrospective Polygon Collection was inspired by the seasons, choosing colours and flavours that we felt strongly resonated with each month. Strawberries and cream for the spring, S’Mores for the summer, and caramel apples for the fall.

For 2018, we look to the stars for guidance and inspiration.

We’re excited to present the fourth bar in the Astrolygon Series: Taurus, The Bull.

In the second house of the zodiac, Taurus is ruled by the the planet Venus - god of love, friendship and creative expression. Influenced by the element earth, Taureans are grounded and free-spirited characters. Our new Astrolygon bar showcases their carefree vibe with a classic brown sugar cookie paired with scrumptious bits of toasted macadamia nuts for a little crisp and crunch. Chunks of Valrhona Dulcey caramelized white chocolate lends a smooth and velvety texture with buttery and toasty notes that give way to flavours of shortbread and salt. A sweet and salty, casual yet decadent, Astrolygon bar for the bull in your life.
