#Astrolygon Collection - Pisces

Every year, we explore different flavours, themes, and techniques that are new to us. Our 2017 Retrospective Polygon Collection was inspired by the seasons, choosing colours and flavours that we felt strongly resonated with each month. Strawberries and cream for the spring, S’Mores for the summer, and caramel apples for the fall.

For 2018, we look to the stars for guidance and inspiration.

We’re excited to present the second bar in the Astrolygon Series: Pisces, The Fish.

The 12th, and last, house in the zodiac, Pisces is ruled by the planet Neptune - the god of the sea. Simultaneously easy going, and forceful, Pisceans are known to be idealists, constantly daydreaming of their next perfect inspiration. With the February cold snap upon us, it’s only natural to be dreaming of warmer climates, sunshine, and a perfect beach cocktail. So, for that idealist in your life, we’ve concocted the best Pina Colada we could imagine: tart pineapple chunks, and toasted coconut nestled in a sweet white chocolate embrace.
