The leaves are transforming from lush green to bright auburn and there is definitely a chill in the air. This means it's time for us to put away our shorts and t-shirts, take out our cozy sweaters and update our menus!

Fall/Winter Cream Puffs with a Rotating Menu

For our Fall/Winter cream puff menu will be rotating three featured flavours weekly, offering a different selection of cream puffs every week. This means you can visit us and find a different flavour to try every time!

October 13th - October 19th
For our first week, starting this Saturday, October 13th, we’ll be rotating in Apple Pie, Blueberry Yuzu and Piña Colada.

Apple Pie

Valrhona Orelys cinnamon mousse / apple compote / vanilla chantilly

Blueberry Yuzu

yuzu curd / blueberry compote / meringue

Piña Colada

pineapple curd / coconut ash chantilly

Three new featured flavours will be released every Saturday, and available through the following Friday. We’ll be updating our web store and social channels every Friday morning with the following week’s featured flavours.

As part of the menu rotation, you can look forward to the return of favourites from past seasons, along with a few new treats!

 

In addition to the rotating flavours, our six Trademark flavours - which include the Vanilla, Variations of Chocolate, Salted Caramel, Vietnamese Coffee, Raspberry - Earl Grey and Lychee - Rose cream puffs - will be available throughout the season.
