Cocktail Collection + Canadian Chocolate Awards

The Cocktail collection welcomes two new chocolates, a brand new look and a few awards from this year’s Canadian Chocolate Awards!

The newly transformed Cocktail collection now contains 5 medals from this year’s Canadian Chocolate Awards. Our two newest additions - Dark + Stormy and Tequila Sunrise, along with the Greenpoint, each took home the SILVER while the Mint Julep and Negroni finished with BRONZE!

Award-winning, silver medalist; Dark & Stormy will be joining the newly updated collection where fresh pureed ginger is added to ginger beer, muscovado sugar, Venezuelan dark rum and a dash of lime that will help warm us from the inside out during the upcoming dark and stormy season.

For a touch of something light and summery to remind us of warmer, brighter days, Tequila Sunrise will also be joining the updated collection but it won’t be the bright orange, grenadine infused and overly boozy version we’ve all come to know. We took inspiration from the original Tequila Sunrise created in the 1930’s, first served at the Arizona Biltmore Hotel in Phoenix, Arizona. This Tequila Sunrise uses white tequila which provides a crisp and clean flavour that pairs well with the sweetness of the Creme de Cassis.

The updated finishes of the Cocktail Collection take inspiration from semi-precious stones where you’ll now find gems like jade, amethyst and tiger’s eye when you open your collection.
