Evocative of the change of seasons, we've curated an elegant box of cream puffs that will make for the perfect end to your meal. It wouldn't be Thanksgiving in our home without pumpkin, and our pastry team has crafted a Spiced Pumpkin cream puff that will be available exclusively as part of this collection. Paired with our classic Vanilla puff and the ever-popular Vietnamese Coffee, there's something for everyone joining you around the table.

Spiced Pumpkin // spiced pumpkin custard, Valrhona Orelys (muscovado white chocolate) mousse, pumpkin seed praline crunch

Vietnamese Coffee // espresso-infused Valrhona Dulcey (caramelized white chocolate) cremeux, condensed milk chantilly

Vanilla // vanilla bean custard, vanilla bean chantilly

Sold as a collection of 9 (3 of each flavour), these puffs will be available in limited quantities this Sunday, October 8, and we strongly recommend pre-ordering yours here, or by calling our store (604.669.3336). Prefer something a little different? We're increasing production of our 9 signature cream puffs this weekend, but it's always a good idea to call ahead to reserve your favorites!
