#BETA5Brunch Replays the Hits

Just like that, our eight-week brunch program is nearing an end and in celebration of our last #BETA5Brunch we’re going to... REPLAY the HITS!


Over the past seven weeks, we’ve explored different countries, regions and holidays and we’ll be bringing back five of our favourites one last time! Each pastry has been chosen to highlight different flavours and textures we’ve experimented with throughout the program - pastries that are far from your ordinary croissant.


Our Churro Croissant is deep fried and rolled in cinnamon sugar for a crisp, flaky exterior with an ethereal interior crumb. The Strawberry Frosted Flake Croissant has a satisfying cornflake crunch from the cereal and vanilla glaze, as well as a buttery cornmeal and fruity strawberry jam centre. Delightfully messy creations like the Dulce de Leche Kouign Amann and Mango Bubble Tea Knot that is perfect for ripping apart and dipping back into their creamy, oozing centres. The King of Spades Pain au Chocolat is a decadent pairing of chocolate and espresso, dipped in espresso marshmallow for an added touch of indulgence.
