This weekend we’ll be increasing our production again! More spots for reservations and more treats available for walk-ins! Inspired by the coming of Valentine’s Day, this #Beta5Brunch is filled with flavours we love and aromas that romance us.
Our polygon bar royalty will be reinvented into a pastry duo. The ‘Queen of Hearts,’ with tart notes of raspberry and aromatic earl grey will become a double baked croissant. Her ‘King of Spades,’ with dark chocolate and espresso will become a croissant dipped in an espresso marshmallow. Along with a little passion from Valrhona’s unique Itakuja dark chocolate - a 55% single origin chocolate from Brazil, with a deep fruity aroma that comes from locally harvested passionfruit pulp added to the cacao during a second round of fermentation.
