can I customize or substitute flavours?

no substitutions on the Trademark Collection — it's a set list, not a request line. instead, you can build your own chocolate box on our bespoke box page.

how long do the chocolates stay fresh?

best enjoyed within 2 weeks of delivery.

how should I store them?

keep them in a cool, dark place, away from heat and direct sunlight. we don't recommend refrigeration as it can produce condensation on the chocolates.

does the Trademark Collection contain nuts or other allergens?

yes. it contains dairy, gluten, tree nuts, alcohol, soy, eggs and gelatin.
may contain traces of peanuts and sesame.

where are BETA5 chocolates made?

by hand, in Vancouver, BC — we've been at it since 2011.
