can I customize or substitute flavours?

no substitutions. instead, you can build your own chocolate box on our bespoke box page.

how long do the chocolates stay fresh?

best enjoyed within 2 weeks of delivery.

how should I store them?

keep them in a cool, dark place, away from heat and direct sunlight. we don't recommend refrigeration as it can produce condensation on the chocolates.

are there allergens?

yes. you can see the allergens in this collection by clicking on 'see what's inside' drop down menu. please note we use gluten, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, alcohol, soy, eggs and gelatin in our facility, and traces may be present.

where are BETA5 chocolates made?

by hand, in Vancouver, BC — we've been at it since 2011.
