OUR VANCOUVER STORE
Our shop is open Tuesdays to Saturdays, 10am - 5pm.
Our shop is restocked daily, so please come by - we can't wait to see you!

PRE-ORDERS
Our products are in high demand, so we recommend ordering ahead to ensure you get the goods you're looking for!

ONLINE ORDERS
When checking out online:
1) select your pick-up location/delivery method,
2) your order date - this is the date your order will leave our facility.
(orders can be placed up to 4 weeks ahead.)

IN-STORE PICK UP
Orders can be picked up Tues-Sat, 10am-5pm.
Have your order number ready for a smooth pick up experience.
Same-day orders must be placed before 10am (PST).

LOCAL DELIVERY
FREE DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER $85.
Local delivery within 20km of our shop is now available.
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 10am (PST).
A recipient must be available to receive the delivery, as our delivery drivers do not leave packages unattended.

SHIPPING CANADA-WIDE - SUMMER RATES
Because chocolate melts in the warm weather, we are now only shipping with UPS 1-day service, and each package will have insulation and an ice pack.

FREE SHIPPING* FOR ORDERS OVER $149
$25 FLAT RATE* FOR ORDERS OVER $75
*some rural / remote addresses are excluded from this promotion.

We only ship orders on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Unfortunately, UPS is unable to deliver to PO boxes. 
We do not ship internationally at this time.

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is prepared for shipping

REFUNDS / RETURNS / DAMAGED PACKAGES
We take great pride in our work and guarantee that all products leave our facility in peak condition.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for items that are not damaged or defective.
Should you happen to receive damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of receiving your order), to ensure we can appropriately address the situation.
Please, provide a photo of the damage if you are able to do so.

Gift cards are a final sale item and cannot be returned for a refund. 

We are not responsible for the following: delays caused by weather, mechanical failure or other acts beyond our control, incorrect or incomplete addresses input by the purchaser on the original web order.

LARGE ORDERS
We offer 10% off orders over $1000 (before tax/delivery, and excluding customization fees).
We offer packaging customization (logo placement) on chocolate box orders over 50 units. Additional fees apply.

SOLD OUT!?
Our small team of chocolatiers makes everything by hand, and our products (especially seasonal creations) frequently sell out.
If a product is listed online as 'In-Store Only' this means we only have limited stock in our Vancouver shop.
Once we make more, this product will be restocked on our webstore for online ordering.

ALLERGENS
On each product page, we list major allergens and/or alcohol used in that product.
On our bespoke menu, refer to the allergen icons listed for each flavour, or filter for a specific allergen at the top of the menu
