FLOWER POWER Polygon Bar
Introducing... FLOWER POWER!
Developed in collaboration with Chef Gus Stieffenhofer-Brandson of Published on Main in Vancouver. Gus spends much of his time outside of the restaurant in the mountains, foraging for wild edibles. On a recent trip he gathered pounds of fresh elderflower, and returned to preserve them by capturing their essence in a beautiful oil.
We then blended the oil, along with some dehydrated flowers, into our favourite white chocolate, and surrounded the filling with a thin shell of strawberry couverture.
Supplies of this bar are very limited! Just like elderflower season, this bar will most likely be gone in the blink of an eye...
