BETA5 Chocolates is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead our Front of House Team. // Qualifications

  • a minimum of 2 years experience managing teams in fine dining restaurants, luxury hotels or boutique retail environments
  • knowledge and understanding of POS systems, inventory control, scheduling, e-commerce systems, Google suite, and Microsoft Office
  • dedicated, detail-oriented, and creative individual with a passion for providing a memorable customer experience
  • experience training and organizing a small team to provide a memorable customer experience and deliver on brand mission statement


// Responsibilities

  • manage day-to-day retail operations, including but not limited to: store front presentation, e-commerce, customer communications, POS system service and packaging
  • complete weekly ordering and manage inventory together with the Operations Manager
  • perform frequent quality checks to ensure adherence to standards and work to continually improve products and production methods
  • manage inventory within your department
  • work closely with Operations team to conceptualize and implement sales and merchandising strategies for seasonal initiatives
  • hiring, training and discipline of retail and service team
  • promote a disciplined, professional and inclusive work environment
