Order Processing

We try hard to get orders placed before 3:00pm PST out the next day but during peak holiday seasons, it might take 24-48 hours to get your order shipped. If you need your order by an certain date, then please call +1.604.669.3336 and we will help you with your order.

 

Packaging

We go to great measures to ensure that our chocolate is delivered fresh and in good condition. To reduce the risk of melted chocolate on orders in transit to warmer climates, we use insulated packaging and gel packs to protect the chocolates. A small surcharge may apply to your order if warm weather is in the forecast - it can get very hot in the back of a delivery truck!

 

International Orders

At the current time, we are unable to ship to international destinations.

 

When Will my Order Arrive?

Track your order here with your Canada Post tracking number(s). All orders leave our Vancouver shop within 24 hours of processing, subject to inventory availability. In order to ensure the best possible product, orders cannot ship over the weekend during warm weather months. Thus, regular and expedited parcel packages may be held until the following Monday to ensure minimal time in transit.
