Our goal is to ensure that packages leaving our facility arrive at their destination in peak condition. Therefore, we only ship packages from Tuesday-Thursday to help minimize the time our product spends in postal facilities, where temperatures can fluctuate and impact the product.
We are able to provide Saturday Delivery Service for packages that are needed urgently. The availability of this service is limited to major metropolitan areas, and requires a $25 surcharge on top of published shipping charges. Should this service be of interest to you, please make note of your request in the 'Special Requests' section of the Shopping Cart page and/or email us at email@example.com.
We believe that fresh is best, and we want your products to arrive in perfect condition. To ensure success, we recommend choosing overnight or 2-day service when selecting a shipping option. We are not able to guarantee the quality of products upon arrival when shipped with standard shipping services.
Once a package leaves our facility, and is in transit with the chosen carrier, we take no responsibility for any package delays. Should you package arrive after the carrier's guaranteed delivery date, please contact us and we can initiate a refund for the shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued once a claim has been accepted by the carrier.
We try hard to get all orders placed before 10am PST out the same day (Tues-Thurs) but during peak holiday seasons, it might take a little longer (24-72 hours depending on product availability).
Shipping chocolates in the summer is very challenging! We do our best to ensure that your product stays cool and is shipped quickly to ensure that it arrives at its destination in peak condition. To ensure your products arrive in perfect condition, we recommend shipping only with OVERNIGHT service. Due to the heat, we are not able to guarantee the condition of products upon arrival when shipped with services requiring 2 or more days for delivery.
